Great light and rays.

As for some c&c...It looks like you dropped the exposure in post to try and make up for those highlights being blown out in the raw. If they cannot be recovered I would just let them be white, and bring the exposure back up. Right now it looks too dark and that bright light doesnt come through the screen at the moment. Hope that gives you some ideas.

Agree with Justin. Another thought, keep the exposure the same, but dodge the foreground a little. It's a really dramatic shot.

With clouds, you can always 'save' blowout areas of white by cloning other properly exposed clouds with a soft brush at @15 to 50% opacity. Very easy to do and totally undetectable.
