A lone figure walked in the great sand dunes as the last lights of the days illuminated the shapes and forms of the sands.

This is a nice shot. I love the place. At one point I will have to visit Great Dunes and try to take some shots when wind makes them move.

I like it, the dunes look very ornamental, and the lonely walker adds a concept.

Excellent image, nicely seen.
I will go against the grain & say the shadows are fine in their hue
After all, that's what they do in early/late light.
This has a warm/cold thing going & it lends to the mood suggest in the title.

Hi Dan,

Thank you for your comments. I did have another version of the images with darker shadows. But this posted version is more accurate in presenting the conditions that I saw at the time (one hour before sunset). Regards!
