Followed a couple of storms at the mouth of the Rappahannock River to the Chesapeake Bay. The BW's taken in the late afternoon and the color a couple minutes before sunset. Thanks for looking.

Edwin

Spectacular thunderheads here and the color is wonderful! Very dramatic and dynamic!
B/W is fine also!
Great compositions!

Hey Edwin,

Very cool clouds. #3 is my favorite. The clouds are cool in the others, but I wish there was a bit more to the bottom of the shots.

I have caught many crabs with chicken necks in the creek on the 3rd one.

Unfortunately the foreground in my opinion was not very attractive due to the development along the coast. These shots were not a planned trip, but more opportunistic given my location. Here is one with more foreground.

You have just enough in the right corner to give the image depth, scale, emotion and detail. Could have more? Yeah but we work with what we have at the time.

The last B&W and the "bonus" image following the original post are my favorites. Very dramatic--you brought out all the texture in your PPing. Good job grabbing the image when the light/clouds presented themselves.
