Hey Kyle,
Interesting shots here. I have shot Yosemite Valley with a full moon before and it is amazing how that moon turns night into day just about.
Your #1 is perhaps the most interesting, though I do wish it had more stars in it, or perhaps stationary stars. But I like the amount of light in the rest of the shot, it has a lit night time feel. With #2 and 3, both really look good. I don't really care for night shots that look like day shots, even if it is the moon that is lighting the scene. But #2 and 3 are pretty close to looking cool even being so well lit. Perhaps just a bit darker on the foreground...
I will say that you chose some pretty cool compositions here. With #2, I would actually have the apple tree I think it is, closer to the right edge to cut off that one scraggly set of branches that takes off on that right side.
Even though I think there could be a few minor edits still, I am really impressed with your work there.
