I'm about 45% done with this pic. I have some other things I want to do but I wanted to get some CC .

Wanted to see if people see the things I'm seeing, or I'm nitpicking..or if people see stuff I'm missing.

I want it to be perfect for my client.

Also, it's been resized for the web as well

looks pretty good as is...small nit would be to move her off center just a little bit more...maybe lighten just a little also.

I find the OOF bottom an issue. I scrolled the picture until the OOF was hidden. It looked better, but then the ratio of width to height was off. Come to think of it, the shot could use a trim on the sides.

I do wish she was slightly off-center, not a lot, just a little. In the foreground, the bright yellow stems can be changed to green and darkened so it matches the green foliage in the center area. Right now, it's commanding attention. Finally, I would have the girl and her dress pop a little more, add some brightness and contrast to her.

Having said all that, this is a gorgeous shot that your client is going to love. I hope you print it huge!

This is beautiful! I'd add some cyan and drop the brightness on the foreground elements so they don't draw the eye so much. I also agree with brightening the little girl a bit. It's a lovely shot and I'd be thrilled to have it of one of my little girls.

i find the subject to small in the frame and overpowered by intense colors

That's my view as well, subject is just a little too small in the composition. Cropping and de centering her might give a very different overall effect. Then again the picture is quite small here. In a larger format perhaps everything is more proportional. Also wondering what a little added vignetting would add to the mood.

Very good work all things considered especially since it is a matter of taste at this point.

Well, here's the idea behind the crops. My client is thinking of splitting it into 3 pictures Bluebonnets on each side and their daughter in the middle. I've been playing around with of center positing and a few other. I might give them one they can break up and one off centered as well

try croppint it square and get rid of most of the landscape to an extent..

I think the second one looks much better with the cropping.
We lived in Houston for over 30 years and went out in the spring to view the bluebonnets up towards Brenham, Tx.

I too prefer the 2nd off shot, but if the customer wants to frame her in flowers I think they will also be very happy with the first option. I do find my eye drawn to the lower left corner though, not sure if it is the brightness or the colour shift of the foreground.

This was taken up by lake conroe....I live inside the inner loop. It took forever to get out there because of traffic on a tuesday\. Left at 3:30 pm got there at 6pm.
