Ok, the set-up. Woke up to snow and it is really coming down right now, forecast said up to 6-inches. Went down stairs to work on some photos from yesterday and could have sworn I heard a loon. You have to remember they were ice fishing on the bay last week. Sat down and then I did hear a loon.
Started looking and just off the dock (well 50-plus yards off the dock) one was floating around in the open water with snow blowing all over the place. So here is a series of very poor photos with some down and dirty pp taken in the last hour. First couple are of the back yard and dock, then the Loon with snow on it's back, trying to sleep.

Thanks Mike. Yup Moore Lk. if your talking about the one up in Fridley, 50-plus years ago it provided me with lots of big bluegills.
