Not sure why you havent got any feedback or even any comments yet. You have a nice variety going on here with a few not quite fitting into traditional headshot territory in the sense of back ground and framing. None the less you have some nice images here.

You capture personality well. #1, 2, and 4 are my favorites. They have interest either in background or angle. #3 and #5 are a little flat for my taste, but still well-executed

2 is just not good, man. Her skin is just really weird shades and her forehead is really bright, not blown out but it doesn't match the rest of her skin tones, and the makeup isn't flattering. Also that shirt or whatever she has on is kind of distracting and looks sloppy. Could be fashionable but I can't see enough to make heads or tails. 1 is awesome, great lighting. 3 looks good and I love the colors. 5 is competelu different, could be in Sesame St for "one of these things is not like the other" or whatever that bit is. It's good, just not sure why it's here.

#1 My first impression was blurry eyes. It might be just the ringlight - sometimes that will look like the photo is soft. Why so much space above his head?
#2. Zombie Eyes! I've never seen a person whose eyes look like that. 1/1600th and ISO 800 is an odd combination. It's not hurting the photo, though.
#3 Looks good. Again you have lots of room above her head, yet her fingers are cropped at the bottom. Look at the whole frame as you compose.
#4. Odd background choice. Again the space above her head. I'd crop just above her head.
Yeah just checked on my monitor, #2 still looks awful. Her skin is very gray except right below the hairline and her cheeks, which are pink. Calibrated monitor didn't help the composition either, sorry.
