That second shot is wonderful. Looking again, probably because he doesn't have a camera and is just here for the "now".

I like that the photos show how huge it is in comparison to the people, Especially the second photo.

looking at the full image its evident that he's posing for someone taking his picture from the next overlook

last month, a week before we were there - right in front of the hotel, which is strange because that section have railings all over, so he must've been curious

I don't remember seeing spots like the ones these people are standing on unless you crossed the fence. We saw someone way out when it was covered in snow acting a clown...no wonder some bite the dust...Nice images

#2 for me, Mate.

Very nice shot. I like the feeling of contemplation. (I'm a sucker for these kinds of shots) but boy, how the heck do you capture the grandeur of the grand canyon? it's an incredible place!

I also really like the depth of #3. (mostly the shadow)
