This photo was taken at sunrise looking west. The mountains reflecting the sun are the Olympic Mountains which is a National Park in Washington State. The ferry is a Washington State Ferry.
As Wikipedia states, it is the largest passenger and automobile ferry fleet in the United States and the third largest in the world by fleet size.[1] The service is also the largest in the world based on the number of vehicles carried, having carried 11 million annually.[2]
