The last batch of shot from Selous I'd like to share here

A little bit of everything really, starting with some Wild Dogs.
Not the best shots, but I was so happy to see them

Another funny thing was to witness the fishing skills of
the black heron!

Real nice work Ronny and what a variety! As partial as I am to the dogs I would have to pick the open billed as my favorite, that's one of the best I have seen of that species as far as details of what the bird looks like. I do believe your last is a Yellowlegs but which variety I have no idea.

this is a great set & a huge variety of species you got together. I believe my top picks are the Open-billed & the Jacana.

Regarding the Black Heron - it looks like it hunts for food just like the Reddish Egret does. It's amusing to watch the Snowy Egret try to mimic the hunting technique...

Oh & I really like #1 as well
