Once you see #2, you don't need to show #1. The good expressions came out in #2, compared to a far off look in #1.
I enjoyed this whole set, but the last one really rocks - #7 has a wonderful pose and smiles. (#6 needs those smiles)
Just another sweet set! I wish the direct sunlight was hitting them in 3 but that's pretty much my only nit in the set. 5 and 7 are my faves. Great job!

Thanks frisc, sun was pretty strong that time of day, but I couldn't ignore the location. Glad u like them.
I love #3 and #4..... I've seen both posts and they are all truly wonderful. I must be the only person for whom the fence lines/vine supports are getting in my way. Mostly the perspective when they seem much taller than the girls. They really stand out for me and take away from the subjects. Small thing, and all that said, the colors, processing, posing are really top-shelf! I always enjoy your images even though I don't always comment!
love them all but that #3 does it for me. those blank expressions really do work for that image and I definitely want to try it out. What do you tell them to think of or feel for those expressions?
I'd love to know out of all of these, how many were strobed and which ones werent.

1,2 and 5 were strobed. The others are natural light. It's not easy to get a blank stare from teenage girls. Believe me, there is alot of laughter in between. But eventually, they get it.
