Thanks Dustin for the comment... We have lived in North Orange County for many years, but believe it or not, this was our first visit to the Pier in San Clemente! BTW, I searched here and found some great shots of the pier by Fred himself. So I am guessing he probably lives there too...

What a dumbazz I am for moving to Philly. (It was a job relocation)

Besides the view, you probably feel that even more this year due to the incredible weather situation both in Philly and here in Orange County, which practically seems to have moved into the southern hemisphere
