Hard to say what it is I like about this picture. Lets just say that I like it. I think it feels very personal and it is not mannered. The model feels real and human, and she gets stuck in my head.

This picture makes me feel that I've intruded on this lady as she was trying on clothes at Nordstroms. There's an uncomfortable quality about it which is intensified by the strange color cast that makes it look like it was shot on out of date Ektachrome. It seems you're going for a "Betty Page" aesthetic but not quite reaching it. Perhaps some strong direct light would help.
