Here is the shot for the actual Grotto Falls at the GSMNP. Here we use a shutter speed intentionally to express the motion of the falling water at the surface of the pond where it hit. Hope you like it.

It feels incomplete...Do you have this in portrait orientation...where there is more of the waterfall...even if its cutoff. The way it is now...too less of the fall..too much of the pond.

The square shot is definitely the better for me but I agree with Sunny, a true portrait shot would be even better yet. The lighting is excellent though, and for me that's often the biggest challenge to overcome.
