We had one show up in Louisville, KY a month ago. It was reported to be starving and they rescued it. It was supposed to be getting better then died. They said it had an aneurism.
I found a Juvi Snowy at the Muskegon waste water area and it had difficulty flying. I fed it for a few days then toward the last day it was flying much better then last day I went to feed it I couldn't find it. Hopefully was strong enough to fly away to find it's own food.
