I think it's a sensor hot spot. My Nikon D80 did this sort of thing on long exposures. It can seem creepy.

I'm not sure if you're serious or joking so I'm going to assume you'r trying to be serious. You do know these are nothing but reflections from the flash?

Google it. Many, many examples out there but don't need the Internet to figure that out. This was common in film. Flash … reflections … dusts … etc.

awfully like some kind of face.
