Nice shot. I like seeing old derelict buildings. Unfortunately the good spots are difficult to access (legally) and the easy-access spots are usually abused and trashed. Your picture seems like the location is relatively untouched. Happy New Year and good luck.
Yeah, for now it's relatively untouched, though some of the other buildings have started getting tagged. I imagine it's not long until this one is trashed
