I really like the colors and the mood that his image projects. The fence is a little distracting in the bottom of the frame and the horizon is centered as well. I would consider cropping just above the fence to create a 'panoramic' feel to the photo. This would eliminate the fence, and move the horizon down in the photo giving it better balance.

I like the dark brooding clouds in the corners and the colors. I also agree with phantomandy, on loosing the fence.

thanks for the critique, very good.
I had a meaning of putting the fence in the lower part of the photo, just to let your eyes lead in to the photo. But maybe its just distracting =)

im going to try to crop the image and post it here soon,
