We have several canyons close to where I live in south Brazil (it's a 3 hour drive). I'm not much of a landscape photographer (need to work on this a lot more), but this shot turned out alright. So, here's my first ever post on the landscape forum! Thanks for looking.

Gustavo, welcome to the forum! I like your image a lot. If it were my image, I would try lightening some of the darker areas (perhaps they are recoverable a bit, but perhaps they are not), especially the area in the bottom right side. But the image as you show it is very nice - good work. It is nice to see images from different parts of the world. Would love to see more images from Brazil! Thanks for posting.

Welcome to the landscape forum. Is this the original or have you re-edited the picture? As it is at the moment I actually quite like the light and shadows aspect of this image. The composition, while not bad is also not great. But I get the impression that there are not too many places where you can stand to take this shot. Looking foreward to seeing more of Brazil.
