My father and I took a road trip this year that led us to South Dakota to visit the Bad Lands. I had never been there, and making our way through Notch Trail was a blast.

The Badlands is an area I have yet to spend any time in. It looks pretty cool though, so I think I need to figure a way to get it into the schedule for the next year or two. #1 is really nice, you worked the sun so well there. And #2 isn't as compelling, but it makes for a cool shot in being able to see what that trail is like.

I'm very much afraid of heights, so I was pretty excited to have made it up that ladder and finish the trail. I included the image for just that reason, and I hope to return someday to take it on again.
