I like number 3 the best. I'm not sure what the lighting differences are between 2 and 3, but the sheen of the light shows much better on the dark hair than it does on the blonde hair. Also, your friend appears much more comfortable in front of the camera than the model.
The model, although she is very attractive, she doesn't look too happy, and it detracts from your otherwise fine images. Do you have any with a hair light?
