I didn't find Bullwinkle or Rocky, but I did happen across this frigid scene. I know this pales (so to speak) in comparison to the Midwest and East Coast, but out here, it's been too cold to rain. Which is an upset. It's been in the 20s to low-30s for nearly a week, cold enough to start frosting over one of the primary tourist stops in/near the city.
The closeup (No. 1) appears as a black-and-white, but if you look closely, you'll see a little blue. The best vistas were closed off, due to iciness of course, so No. 2 was the best I could do to get more of a complete scene.
Apologies to our Canadian friends for whom this would be downright balmy. But cold is relative, isn't it? You will see women dressed in fur in Beverly Hills during L.A.'s "winter," ie in the 60s.
Stay warm out there!
