Hi everyone,

During the last few months, I've posted a few of my favourites from a month long adventure throughout Alaska's Aleutian Islands over on the wildlife forum. Much of my time in this region was spent living on a boat, so naturally, landscape photographs were not easily obtained. Often times, the cloud cover was so thick that textureless skies would linger for days on end. I did however capture a few scenes that I quite like.

I really like the first one, the beams of light keep my attention and the colors are rather moody. One lil nit-pick, I would crop some off the top as to keep me focused on the brighter parts of the image. The rest I can't help but want to make changes to them. In number 2 I have a hard time seeing the definition and texture in the snow. In number 3 my eye wanders the frame looking for a focal point. I keep wishing there was more of the mountain included in the frame. I like number 4 but keep wishing there wasn't water ripples. I did take a look at your website too, you have some really amazing images. Anyways thanks for sharing and keep up the good work.
