Any 7700m mountain is obviously going to dominate the view for vast distances in clear air. This one, Gurla Mandhata (Memo Nani in Tibetan), is #34 highest in the world. It has a prominence of just 2800m, which is why its summit is just 15kms from a main road leading to Purang, near Nepal. These images were taken around 50kms distance. I'm delighted with them, taken with the CY 35-70 at 4650m.
