It's been a while since I've posted any images here.
Since I missed all of the Rocky Mountain fall colors this year, I thought I would toss in some fall colors from the Big Island of Hawaii. This is Akaka Falls from last fall.
Very nice greenery. I like the shutter you took. I tend to use long exposures for waterfalls, but in this shot, you show that there are other alternatives that are at least as interesting. Well done.
Thanks Joe. I usually use a longer shutter speed as well but I didn't have my tripod with me so had to settle for a hand held. Hoping to get back there within the next couple of days and see how much more water is flowing thanks to the recent rains.
