Such a nightmare to shoot this! Taken at Marengo just round from Apollo Bay, VIctoria. The rocks were so slippery, I fell over twice. Had huge waves rolling in , howling wind as the storm came in from the sea.
Its a 4 shot panoramic stitched manually - could probably have got away with 2 or 3 frames but this game me some leeway when blending the waves.
Great drama and sweet light. Love the glow off the rocks and the wave action. This is a great looking pano. The only nit pick I got is maybe clone out the building lights on the left hand side but that's just personal taste.
That sounds like a tricky shot for sure, gotta watch for slippery rocks at the ocean. And to do a pano You must be part crazy... I am not sure I would try a pano at the ocean, just too many moving elements in the water. But it looks like you did well with it.
