This is a great set, Mitesh.
Good light, exposure and colours, and thoughtful composition.
A few suggestions:
(1) Re perceived subject sharpness see my previous comment on the cormorant shots. (Did you use 800L here ?)
(2) I'd suggest a good compositional rule of thumb for BIF shots is to place the bird somewhere in the upper half of the frame, in addition to giving it sufficient headspace to fly into.
(3) You've got a good colour balance for the heron, I think it is just a wee bit overexposed, which is a rather common tendency.
I think you are doing very good, following a fine aesthetics path.
