I got up very early in June to visit Gardena Pass as the sun rose. A storm from the prior days made the air clear but very cold. I figured the sunrise would come at 5:20 AM and stood there at 5:20 freezing. The sunrise didn't come for 10 more icy minutes. That was a long wait. When it did, this shot is what happened. The Dolomites are mightly scenic!
I have a hard time choosing photo names. I just go with whatever comes to mind. In this case "morning prayers" but any suggestions would be welcome.

Hey Gordon,

That looks pretty cool, the clouds behind really help make the shot. As for the title, now if you had a person walking into the church at that moment, the title would really fit. But to pick a better title?? Hmmm....

The Dolomites are gorgeous and you have captured the light beautifully. No suggestions for the title, am just enjoying the image.

Don't know exactly where (or how) I heard it, (I think it was a comment about Sir Isaac Newton) something like: "No closer to the gods do mere mortals pass."

That's a really interesting image. Very nice! It looks like it is leaning toward the sky. Makes me wonder how many people attend services there. I can't quite think of a good title, but the chapel looks half done, so perhaps something related to that?

Interesting building and a beautiful sky.

For the "photo title impaired," I recommend simply naming the photograph in a way that identifies what it is in most cases, and then letting the photograph speak for itself and say visually whatever it has to say.

This notion is not unrelated to something that Adams said: "When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence."

"Chapel Near Gardena Pass, Morning" works nicely for me! :-)
