p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · A few from Norway

I just got back from a 3.5 month drive all over Europe trip. I've started culling through my images to see what's worth keeping. Most of these images are done with a tilt-shift composite - three images across the image circle, this creates a format closer to 4x5 which is my preference. Comments and/or questions are welcome.

That's a great time to have driving about! I really like 1 & 3.

I look forward to seeing some more.

1 is definitely the killer. It would be better if the leaves in the foreground could be included more...

Nice series. I like the first one most, especially your inclusion of the waterfall on the left and the shutter speed you used.

The first shot is awesome. Truly spectacular scenery all in all. The third image could be improved by using a bit longer shutter speed to blur the water a touch.

Definitely! Except for the fact that my tripod is already dangling on the ledge and going down further would result in my untimely demise :0

I wish I had a Density Filter handy when I took that pic. It's midday and at f/22 still required a high shutter speed. Personally, I think smooth running water would look forced on a midday shot like this

Hi Adonis,

#1 and 3 are my favorites here too. I also wish that there was more to the bottom of #1, it really feels cut off. If you couldn't get more because of the ledge, then I would suggest not having any flowers or plants at the bottom then.

So 3.5 months driving across Europe? Man.... that had to have been so sweet! I have been there just once and spend 2 weeks driving around the UK, and that only has me hungering for more.

Jim
