I posted a digital shot of the same scene a couple of weeks ago.

I quickly realized I wanted to make a film exposure of the scene as well as work on my view camera skills.
I personally like the film image better, but I'm probably too invested ($$, yea that too) in the whole film thing. It prints well, shadow detail & all.
Taken with a Toyo 45A, 150mm, f45, 1/4s on Ektar 100

Dan,
These two images - film and digital - look somewhat different, and not only because of film being warmer and a bit into magenta, while digital is cooler and more cyan, its contrast, too.

Sasha,
Interesting observation.
I worked hard to get the magenta out of the film image w/o making it green.
The digital image was processed more straight forward, levels, sat, etc
Thanks
Dan
