Not the most dramatic of falls, but very pretty, even in the wet -

And a pano version, which suffers a bit from wideangleyness, but what the heck -

Hehe, yeah. You get people turning up and wandering straight past trying to find the 'falls', especially in dry weather. This is about as big as they get!

Awesome location! I really really like the pano! You have a tiny bit of white showing on the top edge left of middle.

The orange/green colour contrast is excellent!

Sorry Scott, missed your post. Thanks very much for the comments - the pano I'm still not completely sold on if I'm honest, but it might work well as a triple canvas or something. I had to push the processing s bit to get the oranges to pop - it was raining heavily when shooting and everything was very brown. I'd been there in the dry the day before and they were really bright, but I was sadly lacking a tripod.

I've had another look at these and think perhaps the water needs brightening a touch - anyone have a preference?

Nice- I prefer the brightened water. The brown striations in the water add a cool dynamic.

Cheers Simon,

These were taken 3 weeks ago. The weather was foul then as well and I managed to head out with only half a battery charge so didn't make it was far as the largest falls. The first shot here was the only one I got of that spot before the battery died,

Thanks. There was quite a lot of water flowing, so only need a 1" shutter to get a decent amount of movement - CPL did the trick, no ND filter needed.

Tom, I prefer the original versions here; with the lightening, you've lost the subtleness of the light on mossy rocks, and in the water as well...makes them seem more like midday shots.

Dang nice shots!!!

The brightened ones are too bright to me on a calibrated monitor.
