Night was kind of clear, so I ventured out to the bridge for night photography of the famous Watchman draped with stars and orange clouds.

I like it and I am very surprised at the lack of comment.
I suppose that the lack of shadow information is a bit of a put off
but no reason to ignore this post. Maybe you could strengthen it by cropping off the top
and raising the blacks a bit. Did you make any exposure brackets to raise the blacks?

Was thinking about cropping off here and there but that can be done at any time. For now, I will just leave it.

Hey Kee,

A beautiful image here. I wouldn't crop anything off, and the lack of shadow detail is just fine. There is some cool lighting on the Watchman itself, and that is perfect.

The only suggestion I have is the discoloration in the lower sky opposite the Watchman by the mountain edge. Not sure what caused that, because it seems like a very ubrupt coloring. I would use a layer mask around that area and get that to blend in seamlessly with the rest of the sky around it. Nail that down, and this will be a shot worthy of hanging in a gallery!

Great work here Kee, you really came away with a sweet shot.
