Depends on the scene.... but... typically...

LR Detail set to 50-60
Once the image is adjusted in LR then if it's a person... I hand sharpen the eyes and sometimes the hair in Photoshop. With the sharpen tool set to 7-8%

CS 5: smart sharpen 50-100 Radius .08. Something in that range.

For most people shots I use Photo Shop CS6
Unsharp Mask at 100/1/1

Of course I focus on they eye that was the main focal point when shot and adjust as required without getting too sharp. I like in focus but not too sharp. No need to show every skin pore in detail.

For black and white I might use 20/50/1 to give it a lot of pop.

I do a bump in clarity which I know isn't sharpening. I go +10 in clarity in Lightroom across the board to all of my color images, but that's just to help them be a little more defined. I've noticed that especially doing that, combined with exporting with normal sharpening for screen really makes a huge difference.
