Thanks Aub, Kee and Scott.
The weathering of time had caused the beautiful woman to lose a part of her feminine features.
So a photographer/doctor friend in Beverly Hills was called upon for consultation

Yes, I forgot to sharpen the first time (I was concentrating on a bit of anatomical reconstructive surgery). And my scans lose sharpness about 95% of the time.
The light and colors are courtesy of reality. I did no saturation manipulation at all.
