I like the composition in both. I would lower the brightness, increase the contrast and slightly lower the saturation though. Looks a little too hazy.

Thanks for the comments. I edited to make it look more like a film look.

I like the composition, as well as the PP on both.

What I don't like (pet peeve) is her holding the camera away from her face.

I guess it is the old-school in me. If you want this to look like film, then make it look like she is shooting with a film camera.

Overall nice images, but the awkward crop and hot spot/uneven lighting on her face in the first one throws me off. I would definitely even out the exposure on her face in #1.

I do like the feel of the hazy, low contrast processing.

It's likely VSCO film emulation and intentional, though I agree with you.

Thanks greg! I do have pics of her looking thru the view finder of the camera and the face was blocked, so I chose this image instead
