However, they all appear to be slightly soft... not sure if it is due to the web conversion.

Yes...beautiful eyes. I really like the last one but as other's have mentioned there appears to be a softness to the images I can't figure out. It seems more apparent in #1 but perhaps that's because she is far away in the frame?

A dash of creative sharpening of the eyes (eg. using Nik Output Sharpener Plugin) will greatly enhance these images.
