OK here are a few color versions from earlier this week at the big ditch. Still like the monochromes better myself and I hope you all can enjoy them!
Need titles for the last two.

Very nice! Reminds me of some Chinese paintings of mountains and trees.

Yep - the B/W was a good call on these and I Stand Alone II remains my fav.

I'm liking these in color since there is a very limited range of it, warm hues and texture and shadow of the rock and a nice green to accent.

They all settle well with me

Thanks Robert, Dave and Karl. The conditions of the canyon those two days definitely limits the color. Monochrome just works so much better on these.

Both of the 1st two are fantastic, although all are good. The first two are so serene, I feel more at peace just looking at them.

Earlier someone compared these to Chinese landscape paintings and could not agree more. Further, I like these better than the mono versions. First, because the color are so delicate that rather than overwhelm, they gently draw me in. And second, because color adds that necessary element to make the images real. My faves are 2 and 3.
