This from the 2014 Official Rules:

Great photo and honestly, great attitude. You knew you signed away the rights to it but as a fellow amateur who has a day job I fully understand. When I shoot I do so for my own enjoymnet and if somebody else happens to like a photo that I shot and, therefore, agree with me that it was a good shot then great. Enjoy your 15 seconds of fame, hope for another 15 seconds and remember that most great artists never make it until after they die so here's hoping you don't make it for another 100 years!!!
