I still enjoy the florals when I can and the other day this flower reminded me of a bird

Last year I had a wonderful afternoon with a Greenie who gave me quite a show, here is one more from that session!

I have turned the page now past 30k posts comments, critiques, condolences and welcomes..............many many thanks to all those who have been there to help me along and those that have let me help them along. Lot's of special memories to some of the finest who have left us in life or for other reasons. Would be great to drag back a few that have been scarce lately, Maggie, Bonnie, Noelle, Chad, Anthony and some guy named Eric

Special thanks to Fred Miranda.............super cool place to hang out, thanks Fred!

To those that remember with special thoughts.......... sure do miss the likes of Lou and Dave.............

Hear, hear to Lou and Dave, two of the best

Karl my friend we do go back a ways and have always been honest with each other. and bey doing so we both have grown within our photography and within ourselves. I very much value our friendship and so very much want to shoot with you someday. I KNOW you'll be pulling me towards florals and I'll be searching for some new bird

I do hope this post pulls some of the aforementioned out of the woodwork. Especially Chad, he never got back to my post

I do find it interesting who the lurkers are

Oh yeah, look a flower

I do like the repeating themes within the comp, more of sublime beauty, and probably longer lasting, than a knock you out shot. The Greenie looks rather perturbed at you

Cool scratcher, you got a great look out of him!!

Oh, as for the images....really digging that Greenie! Excellent exposure, BG, and detail. As for the flower, well, honestly, there just isn't enough of it

I can say without a doubt Karl, that the first one is a flower...

Great comp and bg for 1 too. I do like it a lot.

Mr Greenie is lookin' great too, but there is a... oh, never mind - this is a milestone post.

Congrats on making 30k. Just proves that you are also full of...stuff.

But it's good stuff.
