Two beauties Karl!! Swell looking begonia (it is a begonia isn't it?), and that greenie has me green with envy. You've have been, are, and will continue to be, a positive force on this forum Karl. Heck, I think I've grown lots as a photographer due to you. Still a long ways to go, so I treasure each opportunity to learn from the comments of you, and other forum dwellers.

Wow Karl, it looks like you could reach out and touch your flower. The first thing I thought of when I saw the Greenie was Dave from LA and his love for this bird and his excellent captures / renditions.

Luscious colors and wonderful curves in both of these, Karl.

I haven't been around FM very long, but long enough to see that your participation is one of the reasons this forum is so successful. As I mentioned a few weeks ago to TK, both your images and your generosity are inspiring.

You keep reaching out for those birds Tim, the flowers are always within reach to me, you have the tools and the talent to pursue them just don't forget the those little beauties (flowers) once in a while that seem to attract some of natures most colorful creatures

Thank you Chris, always been a pleasure to follow along with your growth. There were a few years there where the only thing that got me through a day of work was this forum, the car business dropped like a brick and my hours stayed long with little to do and no one to talk to.........but all my friends here!

It might be just as you say Charlie, I need to go back to get the ID on that flower, I do think it had something to do with a bird in its name
