Hey Karl, thanks for your input. It's always appreciated. I have multiple angles and shots of this bird' s talon and it looks broken as it stays fixed and useless both when perched and in flight.

Terrific action shots, Herb.
I know it's part of nature that some species survive by killing other species, but I always feel sad when they kill the young

.
That said, your shot of the peregrine carrying off the chick is really good- especially because it shows the baby squawking.
A strong set.
