A closeup of the Ontonagon River, Ottawa National Forest; with a blue sky and golden fall colors reflecting in the smooth flow. A tight field of view, a slightly longer shutter speed with the fast flow, and some simple color adjustments in post processing makes for a natural abstract. Basically in Lightroom you use the color hue adjustments to create some further chromatic separation of the colors; which creates a wider pastel gamut and a smooth feathering of tonal colors.

Processed to the AMAZING new album "White Lighter" by the band Typhoon.

Excellent work Matt! I love the diagonal emphasis of the yellow reflection, and the swishing water in the foreground. Very well done.

I love these types of shots. Not the most attention grabbing for online posting, but great hung on a wall. I like how the yellow doesnt spill onto the edges of the frame. Perfect comp.
