Greetings All,

Had an opportunity to do some bird photography at the beach. Had a wonderful time, I now realize that I should go to the beach more often. The lighting was soft, the birds were plentiful and cooperative! What more could a photographer ask for.... oh yea, maybe a Margarita, some fresh grilled seafood and maybe slice of strawberry cheesecake!!!

These are really nice Nick. They possess a nice dreamlike sublime quality. The conditions made for some excellent isolation of the subject. My picks are 1,3 &5. 1 is a marvelous shot, the dynamic sense of the image pulls me in. 3 has nice focus on the face so that the blur works really well and the last is just a marvelous shot

Fine job on these, Nick, especially with the panning of #3. Good focus in the eye and the motion blur that gives the sense a the bird running

Great timing in #1. Neat shot. The running sanderling(?) is pretty neat too. Good looking set overall Nick.
