Two more from Ruby Beach, Olympic Peninsula. On the driftwood log picture somebody(ies) put a lot of effort into making hundreds of tiny rock cairns. They were on a number of drift wood logs and beach rock formations. Actually, quite impressive art. Not sure if this is some kind of tradition here or just happenstance. Any info on this would be appreciated.

The first is a nice tranquil seascape. No clue on the rocks, but my grand daughters like to build these when I take them along to the seashore. It could be that people just add their own to the collection.
