Hi all, I have not posted in awhile, but am today. Going through much of my landscape folders, I came across this single image of Delicate Arch taken July 6, 2012. There were millions and millions of spectators just to the other side of the arch...well, maybe not millions upon millions, but close to 1/2 million :-) Anyways, I'm here for constructive comments and your thoughts. Thanks!

Hey Dejan,

Glad to see you coming back from the dead here! This is a really cool shot... man... I really like that perspective... and the B&W works well.

This is fantastic. The perspective is really unique and the conversion really works with the simple sky.

The unique perspective and the leading lines make this a nice composition.
Do you have it color?
Thanks for sharing!

Really a nice composition with a different POV for Delicate Arch. I sure do miss the color however.

Hi Dejan,
Very nice shot! Interesting perspective.

Good to see you posting again (although not shooting landscapes currently?).

Excellent image and perspective you shot this at. Great black and white conversion as well.

The tones and texture on the leading lines of the foreground rock are lovely.

Jim, I took this set at both f/8 and f/16 with only a single shot in mind. The colors were ok as it was a cloudless evening and the sun was diving low at the right angle to highlight details. I think B&W brought out more detail / structure in the sandstone.

Hey Craig, I'm still shooting landscape and have a passion for it. But, been busy in other areas and have to make sure there aren't wolves knocking at my door. Need to get out and do more nightscapes in arches this fall. I really dig your stary image of Double Arch a few months ago! Got one coming back at you of a night shot of Windows from a month ago...

Great angle, definitely brings out the arch as well as the precarious balance of the arch with the leading lines. This image definitely makes me want to take another trip out to Moab!

Gotta admit, it is always nice to hear when an image or print moves someone to visit the venue where it was taken. As you know, Arches and Canyonlands is just a treasure trove of good stuff. It is relatively close, but never get out there enough. Also, try nigh photography...very surreal, and always reminds me of the dream I had when I was in college during the early years of wanting to get into space exploration...How could you go wrong out in Arches? You can't. Later.
