Here are a few shots a cooperative kestrel couple that I took recently at Pool Bridge Farm near York, UK.

The farmer has been feeding these birds now for several years and has built a hide from which these shots were taken. They had just had three chicks fledge on the morning I was there (no photo's of those unfortunately), I think they were quite pleased to have the easy food around to keep the fledglings happy.

C&C very welcome.

Terrific set, Paul, with beautiful detail and wonderful poses. Interesting to see how much they resemble the American Kestrel, but with a completely different sort of sexual dimorphism. TFS. ~Greg
