I thought the ski fins were kind of amazing. The hulls are completely out of the water.

Catamarans with hydro-foils are amazing watercraft. And the shots are awesome- I was expecting a greater loss of contrast with the stacked TCs and relatively older optics and IS of the 100-400, but it looks like your 1Ds III and post-processing kept the shots very clean!

Not all of the shots came out as well due to the incoming fog and the haze over San Francisco Bay. The shots towards the Oakland Bay bridge were much worse than the ocean side.
