My critique?
Her dress is out of focus -- *I* would have preferred more dof.
On my monitor, it's too dark (may be part of your vision).
In CS5, I used Shadows&Highlights to brighten (brings out her dress and face more).
For drama, I would add vignetting to darken the edges brightened by S&H.
Artistically, off-scale great.

Nice image intent.

I agree with GoodEgg: tones are too dark and the dress does need more sharpness.

I like it, if it was my shot I think I would have more contrast in the BW conversion. I think too much light lands on the dress near the edge of the frame.
