Milky way from Glacier Point was on wishlist for a long time..mission accomplished..

First shot: used light painting technique with a lantern placed in the middle of a camp fire place..

Second shot: Flat on the ground looked up the treeline to get the milkyway in a ultrawide mode

I really like the framing of #2. If it were mine I would completely blacken out those silhouettes though.

Some interesting work here with these star shots. #1 is quite different indeed. I agree with Justin in regards to #2.

Thank you Justin. Yes for some reason the shadows got lifted in the PP. My intent was to get them completely silhouetted. Thanks for catching this. Appreciate the feedback.
