Inspired by Ron's diamond dusted Lily I got out the 180mm macro and headed down the local park to see if there were any left over on this side of the pond.
Here are a few I came across.

You always produce such wonderful color in your floral shots Martin and this set is not exception!
Each one a joy to view and that goes double because my wife saw these too and was ooooin and awwwwin

#3 for me Martin, love the comp and feel the color is most accurate of the group

#4 and #5 just a bit busy for me in the BG

Certainly a welcome splash of vibrant color to go with the almost 3 weeks of rain and humidity that has passed through my area!

Eye candy Martin, pure eye candy. The effect you produced with your expert use of dof is so dreamy. The first is as if it is surrounded by stars! These really are a treat for the eyes, great work my friend

That's so cool your local park has such beauties!!
My pick is number one.
I don't have a tiger lily in my garden, I love them!
My huge plant of StarGazers just started blooming. Will have to get out and get some pictures to be sure to get some good specimens.
